Delivery & Returns
All orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed service, if you would like your order differently or if you would like your tracking number please email firstname.lastname@example.org
For delivery outside the UK a flat rate delivery cost will be added at check out. Some orders to the EU are currently facing delays due to new trade agreements. Please also be aware when ordering to the EU there may be some additional customs and duty charges.
Please ensure the delivery details are correct as we can not cover the cost of resending orders that have been placed with an incorrect name or address.
We hope you love your purchases, if for any reason you are un happy with the products please send an email containing your name, email address or order number and reasons for returning to: email@example.com
We will except returns within 7 days of receiving your parcel. For a full refund please make sure all such items are returned unworn with their original tags still attached.
Club Saint Maurice retain the right to approve a returned item for an exchange or refund. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges.
If you receive an item that is faulty please contact us immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org
With sincere apology, we will ask you to return the item. As long as we receive the garment within 28 days from purchase date, we will ship a replacement out to you and refund your return postage costs. Should a replacement not be available we will offer a full refund including postage costs.
We do not accept print cracking as a fault. All prints are currently hand printed in the UK, it is natural for the design to show possible wear/cracking after being worn and washed.
If you wish to cancel an order please send an email asap to email@example.com within 24hours of purchase.
